Wendy Martin - Partner - CI Head of Tax
Hollie Johnson -Tart - Assurance Manager
Sacha Hamon - Assurance Assistant Manager
Having a career action plan provides you with a valuable road-map to identify the next steps you need to take to achieve your career aspirations. EY’s Partner and CI Head of Tax, Wendy Martin will explain what you should consider when developing your plan. She will be joined by Hollie Johnson-Tart and Sacha Hamon, who have both recently been promoted at EY, to candidly share how their career action plans have helped them to succeed, and also the roles mentors and sponsors have played.
WDF first covered this topic last October, if you attended you may remember we asked you to write down your career goals and actions? Well, you'll soon be reminded of them as the cards will shortly be posted to you in time for this meeting on 13th June! At the meeting we will celebrate the goals achieved and actions taken, as well as taking a look at how we can use failure to motivate us and build resilience.
We will be sharing the report from the Women’s survey that we conducted in association with EY at the end of last year. We also have a new template to help you develop your next steps in your personal career action plan.
All are welcome whether you attended in October or not.
Plus we will be revealing WDF's exciting innovations for next season.
